SAME DAY MASSAGE BOOKINGS ARE AVAILABLE
If you do not see a time or day that works best for you on my booking platform, please reach out to me via TEXT to 307-200-7171.
Please note, until you’ve spoken with me directly, same day massage bookings are not confirmed.
For same-day bookings please wait for a confirmation from me. If I have not received a booking I may go on a hike or be out of service. If I’m available and in-service, I will respond within 1 hour. If you have not received a response from me for same-day bookings within one hour of your request then I am not available for a massage on that day. Thank you for your understanding and flexibility.
An integrated approach to massage with the deepest respect for the clients, their comfort, and their safety, to create a space and experience that allows for healing.
-
Doing out calls allows the client to have an understanding of the space they are in and helps to eliminate any guess work of the environment they are walking into.
I encourage open communication throughout the massage. I welcome all questions that you have that will help to ease your mind.
-
For office visits please arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment for a thorough intake.
For house calls, I’ll arrive 10-15 minutes before our session starts. This will allow me to get set up and do a thorough intake before our session.Prior to the massage if you've had a sweaty day a shower is always appreciated. Clearing a space for the massage table will also expedite set up time but I am also able to help move any heavier items if you need assistance.
-
A massage session is yours. Please speak up. I will check in from time to time but please know you should never feel like you can not speak candidly. I want you to enjoy your time and leave feeling relaxed.
Some examples:
If you get thirsty or need to use the restroom, please speak up and we will pause our session.
If you are receiving work on your legs and after a few minutes this is not something you enjoy, let me know and we can change course and spend more time on a different part of the body.
-
After massage, I always recommend drinking more water than usual. When receiving massage the body may begin to flush and rid itself of toxins and things that no longer serve the body.
Drinking more water gives the body a substance to carry this waste out of the body. Taking a bath after and sitting in the new state of calm can allow the body’s nervous system to continue its regulated state for a prolonged period of time.
Massage is an act of self love and self care, by making this investment in yourself you are showing your body, mind, and spirit the care that it needs.
